How you’ll make an impact

  • Own outbound prospecting into enterprise and strategic accounts across key verticals, with a focus on Talent leaders, HR executives, recruiting operations leaders, and business stakeholders responsible for high-volume hiring.

  • Build and run multi-touch outbound sequences via phone calls (Aircall), SMS, email, LinkedIn, Clay, and Attio workflows to maximize engagement.

  • Research accounts deeply to understand hiring patterns, business priorities, org structure, and likely pain points.

  • Identify and engage the right stakeholders, including decision-makers, champions, and cross-functional influencers.

  • Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives by creating urgency and clearly articulating Ribbon’s value.

  • Partner closely with AEs to break into priority accounts, coordinate account strategy, and improve conversion within named account lists.

  • Capture clear qualification notes around hiring volume, current process, pain points, ATS environment, urgency, and stakeholder map.

  • Help refine our outbound motion by testing messaging, learning from objections, and sharing patterns from the market.

  • Consistently hit weekly and monthly KPIs tied to outbound activity, meetings booked, show rates, and pipeline creation.

  • Become an expert in Ribbon’s product, customer use cases, ROI story, and enterprise buying signals.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has 1-3 years of outbound BDR/SDR experience in high-growth B2B SaaS (HRTech/AI is a plus).

  • Communicates with purpose - concise, clear, and persuasive

  • Has strong phone presence: high energy, confident, quick on your feet.

  • Is data-savvy: comfortable with CRMs such as Attio, outreach tools (Aircall, Reply.io, Clay), and reporting on KPIs.

  • Learns fast and iterates even faster. Embraces coaching, experiments aggressively, and isn’t afraid to scrap what doesn’t work.

  • Operates with high ownership: proactive, organized, and comfortable managing high-volume outreach independently.

  • Is resilient, optimistic, and thrives in an early-stage, fast-moving startup.
