Our world-class team combines AI, Industrialized Robotics, and construction under one roof to develop the most advanced robotic products for the construction of highly efficient and sustainable buildings.
We’re looking for a Production Lead to join our team and develop cutting-edge solutions for production management of our robotic manufacturing in Edmonton, Alberta.

What you'll do:

  • Review Production drawings to ensure they meet the expected quality and accuracy for production.
  • Routine operation of robotic equipment with the ability to execute production cycles from end to end, from the designed HMI and/or the robot teach pendants (where applicable), recovering from common faults as required
  • Follow, maintain and improve standards of operations in automatic and manual workstations
  • Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the highest quality standards are met and exceeded.
  • Conduct Quality Control on final products and record observations to review with R&D team.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance and efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive process enhancements.
  • Assist in implementing product roadmap initiatives
  • Assist in developing production procedures and standards
  • Oversee maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Promote knowledge sharing among team members and departments to foster a culture of learning and growth.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What you will need to succeed:

  • College Diploma or University Degree
  • Experience in manufacturing or construction industry.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies.
  • Experience with industrial robot programming, PLCs, and industrial safety systems is an asset
  • Familiarity with prefabrication or modular construction
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized, focused and persistent with the ability to work to the plan and meet delivery dates
  • Excellent problem solver and quick learner
