We are looking for a Business Operations professional to join World Labs. In this role, you will address complex and ambiguous challenges faced by World Labs' leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations. You will collaborate with teams to monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and analyze cost structures to support decision-making and ensure fiscal responsibility. Additionally, you will build, optimize, and implement processes that scale with the company’s growth, driving efficiency and impact. You will also enhance team capabilities by refining processes, mentoring colleagues, and assisting in the recruitment of top talent.

Key Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 2+ years of experience in a business-strategy role (e.g., management consulting, AI strategy, operations at a startup).

• Exceptional executive-level verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational, project management, and time management abilities.

• Proven ability to plan, prioritize, multitask, and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

• Passion for solving complex problems and designing scalable processes.

• Comfortable in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.

• Team player with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

• MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field, is preferred.

• Familiarity with AI tools, trends, and platforms, is preferred.

• Experience in SQL or similar data analysis tools, is preferred.

• Background in AI-focused startups, research organizations, or operational strategy, is preferred.
