The team you'll be joining and impact you'll have
V7 Go is our agent-building platform, and it's working. Customers are expanding at 160-200% net revenue retention, which means once they're in, they want more.
You'll join a small, sharp post-sales team that owns the customer journey after the deal closes: adoption, expansion, renewal.
Your accounts won't be passive. They're ambitious teams deploying AI agents on real, complex workflows, and they'll lean on you to help them get there.
The opportunity is substantial. You're not managing a steady-state book; you're compounding it.
What you'll be doing from day one:
Running QBRs that actually mean something, with clear value tracking, expansion roadmaps, and exec alignment. Not a slide deck refresh.
Owning expansion and upsell across your accounts, identifying new use cases, new teams, and new agents to build.
Getting hands-on in V7 Go yourself. You'll often be the person scoping or building agents alongside customers, especially in the early days of a deployment.
Partnering closely with our solutions and product teams to feed customer signal back into the roadmap, so we keep building what wins.
Who you are
AI native. You use AI tools daily, you've built things with them, and you can have a proper conversation with a customer about what's possible and what isn't.
An appreciation of Private Markets, ideally with experience selling into or working with PE, VC, asset managers, or similar. You understand the workflows and where the friction sits.
Commercially driven. You enjoy expansion, you chase signal, and you don't wait for accounts to come asking.
Technical enough to build, configure, and demo agents yourself, while polished enough to run an exec QBR.
