The product you’ll work on
V7 lets companies automate repetitive work with AI Agents that can solve large-scale complex workflows across finance, legal, insurance, real-estate, and operational domains.
We tackle mission critical workflows that bare LLMs cannot solve to reliable accuracies, combining workflow building, knowledge search, integrations, and document generation.
V7 Go’s impact on the way we work is huge, covering the operations for over $1 trillion worth of assets globally, despite our small team.
The team you’ll be joining and the impact you’ll have
You’ll join our Marketing organization as a leader reporting to our CEO. You’ll own the top-of-funnel engine for V7, driving the strategy and execution that fuels our revenue trajectory.
You'll shape how V7 is positioned in the market, how new customers discover us, and how we scale from awareness to qualified demand across healthcare, life sciences, and other data-intensive industries. You’ll work hand-in-hand with sales, product, and operations to build a repeatable growth engine and drive the initiatives that move V7 beyond 10x revenue growth.
What you’ll be doing from day one
Owning pipeline growth and orchestrating every top-of-funnel moment—from first impression of V7 through qualified demo handoff to sales.
Designing, running, and scaling growth experiments across paid advertising, content, partnerships, lifecycle, and emerging channels.
Developing and refining V7’s brand positioning and market strategy to establish authority in AI data labeling, especially within healthcare and life sciences.
Leading and mentoring a growing marketing and growth team: setting strategy, managing budgets, and driving accountability to growth metrics.
Working cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations to ensure full-funnel alignment and high-quality handoffs.
Driving strategic initiatives and partnerships that accelerate V7’s expansion and lay the foundation for 10x+ revenue growth over the next 12 months.
Who you are
An experienced growth leader with a background in high-growth startups; Y Combinator or Reforge experience is a strong plus.
Previously a founder or held an equivalent leadership role in a fast-scaling environment.
Experienced in building and managing growth or marketing teams (at least 4+ reports).
Skilled in designing and executing growth experiments, building brand strategy, and developing effective paid acquisition initiatives.
Comfortable with technical concepts and highly analytical, with a strong command of B2B SaaS metrics and growth frameworks.
Proven at driving top-of-funnel growth and owning the full customer acquisition journey from awareness to sales handoff.
Entrepreneurial, decisive, and motivated by scaling a venture-backed business with ambitious growth goals.
