About the Team

We work with billions of training data images to leverage some of the world's most complex and general purpose AI models. Our back-end development is world-class and not short of challenges.

Team’s mission: Design, build and orchestrate backend services that enable our customers to train and leverage AI models in an elegant and performant way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop, deploy, and maintain Python-based SDKs focused on RESTful APIs, data ingestion and integration with third party systems

  • Maintain open source projects, contributing to design, implementation and engaging documentation

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment of open-source projects.

  • Build and maintain scalable and robust solutions for medical data processing (e.g., DICOM, NIFTI)

  • Collaborate with data scientists to integrate ML models into production environments.

  • Monitor deployed systems to ensure stability and performance, proactively addressing issues (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry).

  • Proven ability to profile and optimize Python code for CPU, memory, and I/O efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Computer Science or related fields.

  • 3+ years of Python programming experience with strong software architecture skills and SDK experience.

  • A passion for building reliable, well-documented systems that scale effectively.

  • Familiarity with Open Source development

  • You thrive most during the initial years of a company's inception, particularly relishing the dynamics of small team environments.

  • Customer-centricity is paramount. Engineers are integral to every stage of the delivery process, necessitating a strong product focus. We value individuals who are passionate about their craft and are equally invested in addressing product and technical challenges.

  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams, clients, and community contributors.

  • Strong willingness to learn and experiment with Elixir

  • A keen interest in Machine Learning
