As an Account Manager at V7 you will be responsible for driving industry-leading Net Revenue Retention across our Mid-Market accounts. You’ll be focussed on securing customer renewals, and finding and closing expansion opportunities by selling a suite of V7 products and services.
The ideal candidate for this role has previously had tremendous success as either an Account Manager or Account Executive at a high-growth SaaS software company, ideally as an early stage or founding team member. We’re looking for candidates who have a track record of selling a technical product and designing technical solutions for their customers. You’ll also have a strong grasp of sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, value selling and command of the message. You will also know how to maximise deal value by moving horizontally or upwards within a reporting structure.
Who you are:
You have 3+ years of experience and success in SaaS Sales or Account Management.
You have a track record of successfully selling to mid-market customers and handling 6 figure deals
You have had success in another fast-paced SaaS startup or scale-up during a high-growth phase, ideally as a founding or early stage team member
You have expertise in selling technical products to technical buyers, and are comfortable designing solutions to help your customers meet their objectives
You are process driven, and an expert in using sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, value selling and command of the message to maximise deal value
You’re hugely curious and are constantly learning and working on honing your sales craft
You have a keen interest in AI and V7's wider application
Preferred to have: sold an emerging solution in Gen AI, Large Language Models, Machine Learning, MLOps or Data Analytics
