As part of this talented team of engineers, you are able to - and are excited to - architect, implement, verify and productize custom hardware designs. We are looking for an experienced NPI Product/Test Engineer that has gone through bringing a product from concept to full production. The successful candidate will be organized and self-directed, and comfortable working within a rapidly evolving project environment. The ideal candidate will be working as a product engineer with exposure to bench validation activities.
Responsibilities
- Introduce new products to volume manufacturing
- Define and develop dashboards or scripts to quickly analyze incoming data
- Develop and drive and analyze all aspects of silicon reliability and qualification activities
- Develop and drive vendors to generate required hardware and software needed for the silicon manufacturing environment.
- Responsible for creating needed documentation and dashboards
- Performing System Level Testing of high performing AI chips
- Establish yield tracking, yield enhancement and cost reduction infrastructure
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- 8+ years of Product and Test Engineering on VLSI silicon
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Understanding of CPU/GPU type products
- Experience with ATE Hardware & Test Program analysis
- Ability to review and analyze schematics
- Experience with Product Reliability Qualification
- Statistical analysis skills - JMP, Spotfire, etc.
- ATE test experience - STDF Data manipulation
- Methodology & Automation
- Python, Make, c++ or equivalent programming language for script writing
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux development environment
