About the Role
Twelve Labs is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and bilingual Accounting Manager (CPA required) to oversee all financial accounting and reporting activities for our Korea entity. This role requires strong technical expertise in K-GAAP and familiarity with US GAAP, as well as ownership of Korea’s statutory reporting requirements.
In addition to managing the monthly close and ensuring accurate and timely reporting, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for driving process improvements and system efficiencies to enhance scalability, accuracy, and timeliness across Korea finance operations. The role will also act as the key liaison between the Korea team and US finance team, ensuring alignment on reporting and compliance with corporate accounting policies.
This person will report directly to Twelve Labs global accounting lead and will partner closely with the Korea operations team to support consolidated reporting and corporate objectives.
What You’ll Do
Financial Close & Reporting
Manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for TwelveLabs' Korea entity.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with K-GAAP and US-GAAP.
Maintain the general ledger and oversee reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
Coordinate/Liaise with the Sr. Accounting Manager to ensure Korea results are properly recorded within the consolidation ERP system (Campfire) for accurate global reporting.

Support global consolidation processes
Payroll Processing
Oversee payroll processing for Korea employees in partnership with HR and US finance.

Ensure accurate recording of payroll, benefits, and related employee expenses in compliance with Korea regulations and Twelve Labs’ policies.
Compliance
Coordinate with the Sr. Accounting Manager and external tax consultants to ensure compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Prepare required schedules, documentation, and explanations for reconciliations
Intercompany & Transactions
Manage intercompany accounting and invoicing between Korea and the US.
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations) to ensure accuracy of transactions
Process & Efficiency
Identify and recommend improvements in accounting processes, controls, and systems (currently Wehago for KR & Campfire for consolidation) usage to enhance scalability, accuracy, and timeliness.
Provide accounting insights and recommendations to support operational efficiency within the Korea entity.
You may be a good fit if you have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
Minimum 5-7 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of K-GAAP and US-GAAP.
Experience supporting global consolidations for a multi-national business.
Highly detail-oriented, efficient, and organized in meeting deadlines.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Wehago, Campfire).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across geographies and cultures.
Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken).
Comfortable with collaborating across time zones.
Nice to have
Prior experience in a US-Korea company.
