Senior Full Stack Engineer
Spara
About Spara
Spara is building the ideal buying experience. Our platform is an AI-native workflow orchestration layer to take customers from engagement through to close by creating a personalized, automated sales track, with minimal salesperson interaction required.
Spara’s customers sell a high volume of sub-$50k products online. The ideal product is complex enough that “hand holding” or “Q&A” is a helpful part of the buying process. This includes:
-
B2B or enterprise products: Spara starts by automating the Business Development Representative prequalification step. This is the very first stage of the sales process. Over time, Spara will expand to managing the entire sales process for most lower value customers.
Ex. Ramp, Brex, Vanta, Salesforce
-
Expensive consumer: Spara lets consumers ask detailed questions about complicated purchases, leading to higher conversion than self-service product descriptions or flows.
Ex. Buying a car, financial product, insurance, or home warranty online
-
Product-led Sales upsell: Spara automates a high volume of up- and cross-sell conversations, helping convert self-serve free tier users into paying customers.
Ex. Figma, Stripe, Asana, Clickup, Loom, Shopify
Our Total Addressable Market is $28B: 1M+ US sales reps will be replaced by AI-powered conversations, with technology capturing 30% of their economic value today. Our MVP targets the 192k US companies using a top 6 CRM: 2% adoption at $45k annual recurring revenue is an achievable $173M annual revcurring revenue by 2026.
David Walker and Zander Pease are a proven, complementary founding team. David was co-founder/CEO of Triplemint, where he ran training, coaching, and operations for a 250 person sales team. He grew the company to successful acquisition and now sits on the board of The Agency RE, a $250M revenue business. Zander was the technical co-founder of Nomad Health, now a post-Series D company; he most recently ran Platform at Hyperscience AI, building a workflow orchestration layer for computer vision models.
Spara has raised a $15M seed round from top-tier venture capital firms, led by Inspired Capital; AI luminaries including the founders of PyTorch and Google Cloud TPU, as well as the Head of Sales at Anthropic and Head of Platform Sales at OpenAI; and C-suite angel investments from all early pilot customers, including multiple $100M+ revenue businesses.
