We are looking for research scientists to join us in our mission. As a Member of Technical Staff (Research Scientist) you will:<ul> <li>Contribute to advancing our proprietary post-training and pre-training pipeline.</li> <li>Perform game changing research to advance our models and products.</li> <li>Innovate and develop new algorithms, architectures and methods.</li> <li>Develop new capabilities for our models.</li> <li>Develop new evaluation suites for advancing capabilities. </li> </ul>You may be a good fit if:<ul> <li>Experience with performing research at the world class level.</li> <li>Independently execute on research agenda.</li> <li>Strong engineering skills.</li> <li>A good work ethic.</li> <li>Good research taste &amp; vibes.</li> </ul>Note that research is a gory endeavour and requires a lot of engineering pain most of the time. Role may be highly collaborative, and/or of a support nature sometimes. Independent research agenda that is aligned to our company's mission, is of course, encouraged. As a RS, the goal of research is always to improve our products and models. This role is not academic in nature. It's about developing game changers.
