Through our platform, we enable patients to be active and engaged participants in their own care, and take control of their care journey. In addition to image sharing, which is the heart of the PocketHealth platform, we’ve grown our core functionality to enable sharing between hospitals and physicians, as well as instant image retrieval and automated importing capability. PocketHealth is a unified image management solution for over 600 hospitals and clinics across North America. PocketHealth is seeking a curious, hands-on, and experienced Staff Product Manager, Growth to help drive our ambitious product growth strategy. Reporting to our Vice President of Product and supported by a highly skilled team of designers and engineers, you have demonstrated experience effectively using rapid experimentation to drive growth, and will use that experience to lead efforts to optimize conversion, retention and new user acquisition through both ecomm initiatives and the development of innovative new customer value.
You’ll join a growing team of Product Managers and Designers who are eager to learn, collaborate, and elevate our product development processes. You’ll also collaborate closely with Engineering, Marketing, Business Operations, and Patient Experience team members to deliver top-line growth and ongoing improvements to our patient experience.
About the role:
- Define and execute a comprehensive product growth strategy aligned with business objectives, existing product roadmaps and strategic opportunities
- Introduce novel experimentation methods and drive testing and experimentation across the entire product to drive improvements in conversion rates, revenue growth and user experience
- Rapidly design, build and iterate on novel product functionality to drive new user adoption and conversion
- Develop and refine scalable processes for continuous optimization of user acquisition, onboarding, and monetization
- Collaborate with Design, Marketing, Business Operations, Engineering and other product managers to identify and execute on growth opportunities
- Communicate ideas, progress, and results to stakeholders to ensure awareness and understanding of product decisions and direction
- Make and own critical decisions about prioritization and ensure the team is always working on the most important thing
- Adjust and build upon existing processes within your product team to optimize delivery based on the product, customer, and team members
About you:
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management in a rapidly growing startup
- Strong desire to understand the problem space and opportunities to improve patients' lives
- Demonstrated experience driving growth through experimentation, measuring that growth, and building processes that simplify the repetition of your process
- Experience leading product teams through high speed, high throughput approaches to product development, with the results to prove it
- Ability to balance team capacity across rapidly building new features and optimizing what already exists
- You operate with an extreme sense of ownership and are willing to get your hands dirty with different roles to support your team. This could include testing, vendor evaluation, writing copy, or other tasks required to optimize the success of your product area
- Highly data-driven, able to autonomously navigate, derive insights, and discuss large amounts of data
- Deep understanding of user acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies with the results to back it up
- Technical fluency, able to discuss technical considerations that impact product decisions and the drive to learn more where necessary
