We are actively seeking a dynamic and results-oriented SDR Team Lead who is passionate about driving success. This role requires a demonstrated ability to secure meetings, nurture sales pipelines, and ultimately, establish proficient SDR teams. The perfect candidate will possess a background in engaging with a wide range of enterprise stakeholders and executing extensive outbound initiatives. Thriving in a fast-paced startup setting is a must, and exceptional planning and communication abilities are paramount. What you will do:

  • Inspire a culture of innovation, encouraging fresh ideas and fostering collaborative teamwork within the sales development unit.
  • Establish trust within the Sales Organization while forging synergistic partnerships with the Marketing and Leadership teams.
  • Be the expert in utilizing lead generation tools such as HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to consistently extract contacts and compile precise and targeted prospect lists.
  • Implement advanced account development strategies, leveraging email, phone, and social outreach methods, including tools like Lemlist, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot CRM.
  • Skillfully engage decision-makers at various levels, including CTOs, VP of E-commerce, Founders & CEOs, CMOs, and Heads of Growth, through insightful and targeted questions.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine and optimize strategic sales approaches, aligning them with the overall sales development strategy.
  • Provide valuable insights to the marketing team, actively contributing to ensuring top-tier conversion rates throughout the sales funnel.
  • After a short amount of time, we expect this role to focus on building a high-performance sales development team, committed to achieving concrete milestones and being receptive to constructive feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic approaches to identify new opportunities aligned with key customer profiles.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the sales development team in articulating the product's value proposition effectively to engage with prospects.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales development strategies, incorporating email, phone, and social outreach to connect with new prospects.
  • Lead the coordination and scheduling of meetings on the account executive's calendar while meticulously logging activities in the CRM.
  • Drive the team towards consistent achievement or surpassing of SDR program targets, employing strategic insights and methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with the head of sales and CEO to establish and meet ambitious SDR program targets, focusing on long-term growth and scalability.
  • Oversee the effective utilization of team systems including HubSpot, Salesloft, Apollo, etc., ensuring seamless operations and optimizing results.

What You Should Have:

  • A track record of 2-3 years of successful experience as an SDR/BDR, preferably in an enterprise SaaS B2B startup, with an emphasis on achieving tangible results in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-growing startup setting, showcasing adaptability and agility as a bonus.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and leading a high-performing SDR team, coupled with prior management roles, evidencing your capacity to guide and develop talent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, crucial for effective team leadership and strategic communication.
  • Ownership mentality: You proactively conceive and execute new outreach strategies and campaigns, exhibiting a hands-on approach.
  • Strong organizational and project management aptitude, vital for overseeing team initiatives and meeting targets.
  • Grit and resilience: You embrace experimentation and hands-on problem-solving, persisting through challenges.
  • A fervent aspiration to contribute to the inception and growth of a significant venture, starting from its foundational stages.
  • Previous experience at a high-growth, SaaS company, providing valuable insights and expertise in scaling operations.
  • Proficiency in utilizing HubSpot, demonstrating a command of critical tools for successful sales development management.
